Greek Yoghurt Tuna Salad
Swap the mayo in your tuna sandwich from Cyclops Greek Yoghurt for a healthy protein kick!
To Make 2 Servings:
1 large can of tuna
2 tbsp of greek yoghurt
1/4 cup diced celery
2 tbsp diced or minced red onion
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1.5 tsp fresrh parsley (or sub 1/2 tsp dried)
1.5 tsp fresh dill (or sub 1/2 tsp dried)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix in a bowl and serve on bread or bagel
