Whipped feta meets hot honey β and it`s exactly as good as it sounds. π―
This sharing dip comes together in about 20 minutes and is the kind of thing that gets scraped clean before you`ve even sat down. Smooth, creamy whipped feta made with Cyclops Greek yoghurt, topped with honey slowly infused with chilli, smoked paprika and orange peel, then finished with spring onions, thyme and toasted walnuts.
Serve with crostini, pita chips or warm flatbread and let people help themselves.
βΌ ΒΎ cup runny honey
βΌ 1β1Β½ tsp chilli flakes
βΌ Β½ tsp smoked paprika
βΌ 2β3 strips orange peel
βΌ 1 sprig fresh thyme + extra leaves to serve
βΌ Pinch flaky sea salt
βΌ 200g feta
βΌ 1 cup Cyclops Greek yoghurt
βΌ 1 small garlic clove, crushed
βΌ 2 tbsp lemon juice
βΌ 2 tbsp olive oil
βΌ 2 spring onions, finely sliced
βΌ ΒΌ cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
βΌ Crostini, pita chips or warm flatbread to serve
Warm the honey with the chilli flakes, smoked paprika, orange peel, thyme and salt over low heat for 3β4 minutes until it starts to bubble. Remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 15 minutes, then discard the peel and thyme.
Blend the feta, yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil until completely smooth. Spoon into a shallow bowl, swirl the top, drizzle over the hot honey and scatter with spring onions, thyme leaves and walnuts.

We`ve got some great news for yoghurt lovers (and chocolate fans π)
A large global study published in Frontiers in Nutrition found that people who regularly eat fermented foods like yoghurt had a reduced risk of all-cause mortality compared to those who eat less of it. The research analysed data from more than three million participants, with yoghurt, fermented milk, cheese, and even chocolate among the foods most consistently linked to better outcomes π€
Researchers think it comes down to how these foods support gut health, reduce inflammation, and improve metabolic function. In other words, the stuff your body actually needsπͺ
..... maybe it`s time to bring back Cyclops Chocolate Yoghurt for long term fans that remember that? ππ«
