Hoppy Easter from the Cyclops Team! 🐰  Wishing you a long weekend full of good food, good people, and good yoghurt 💜
🐰 Yoghurt Easter Bark 🐰  Your Easter dessert sorted 🐣  This yoghurt bark takes 15 minutes to prep and keeps in the freezer, so you can make it ahead 😎  And don't forget the grocery stores are closed Good Friday, so stock up on Cyclops and other Easter goodies before then! 💜  - Ingredients -
▪️ 2 cups Cyclops Greek yoghurt (or any Cyclops variety!)
▪️ 2 tbsp runny honey
▪️ 1/2 cup frozen raspberries thawed
▪️ Sprinkles
▪️ Mini Easter Eggs  - Instructions -
▪️ Line a baking tray with baking paper  ▪️ Heat the raspberries over a medium heat, and mash with a fork, until you have a pourable consistency. Allow to cool.  ▪️ Pour the runny honey into the Greek yoghurt, and stir well until combined  ▪️ Pour the yoghurt mixture out onto the baking paper. Use a spatula to smooth out to about 1cm thickness  ▪️ Drop blobs of the raspberry sauce into the smoothed out yoghurt. Using a wooden skewer, swirl the raspberry sauce through the yoghurt. Finish by dragging the skewer through the yoghurt lengthwise with 3-4 long 'S' shapes  ▪️ Place the Easter eggs randomly in the yoghurt, and pour over sprinkles  ▪️ Freeze the yoghurt bark for at least 3 hours. Take it from the freezer, and cut it into 8-12 random triangular shapes  Eat immediately, or store in a sealed ziplock freezer bag for up to 3 months  Full recipe on our website, link in bio 🐰💜

Creamy Yoghurt Chocolate Mousse 🍫  A lighter, protein-packed chocolate mousse made with thick, tangy Cyclops yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. Whipped until airy and spoonable, it's ready in under an hour. The perfect Easter dessert that feels fancy without the fuss 🐰  Serves 4 | Prep 20 min | Chill 30 min  -Ingredients-
◼ 2 cups Cyclops Thick & Creamy yoghurt (room temp)
◼ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
◼ 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup
◼ 1 tsp vanilla paste
◼ 125g 72% dark chocolate, melted & cooled
◼ ⅔ cup cream
◼ Pinch of sea salt
◼ To serve: extra yoghurt or whipped cream, fresh raspberries, mint, chopped dark chocolate  -Instructions-
◼ Whisk yoghurt, cocoa and maple syrup until smooth
◼ Fold in cooled melted chocolate, then stir in cream and salt
◼ Whip with a hand beater for 1-2 min until light and airy
◼ Spoon into glasses, chill 30 min or serve straight away
