Creamy Yoghurt Chocolate Mousse 🍫
A lighter, protein-packed chocolate mousse made with thick, tangy Cyclops yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. Whipped until airy and spoonable, it`s ready in under an hour. The perfect Easter dessert that feels fancy without the fuss 🐰
Serves 4 | Prep 20 min | Chill 30 min
-Ingredients-
◼ 2 cups Cyclops Thick & Creamy yoghurt (room temp)
◼ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
◼ 2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup
◼ 1 tsp vanilla paste
◼ 125g 72% dark chocolate, melted & cooled
◼ ⅔ cup cream
◼ Pinch of sea salt
◼ To serve: extra yoghurt or whipped cream, fresh raspberries, mint, chopped dark chocolate
-Instructions-
◼ Whisk yoghurt, cocoa and maple syrup until smooth
◼ Fold in cooled melted chocolate, then stir in cream and salt
◼ Whip with a hand beater for 1-2 min until light and airy
◼ Spoon into glasses, chill 30 min or serve straight away
◼ Top with yoghurt, berries, mint and chocolate
